President Paul Schneider (RPA) has over 20 years of experience in real estate management, leasing, and construction monitoring. He has negotiated leases for well over 1.5 million square feet of medical and retail space in regions as distinct as Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington and Palmer, Alaska, and he has coordinated sales transactions of real estate portfolios valued at over $650 million. Paul has successfully negotiated multiple agreements for clients ranging from Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, USC, Providence Health, and retailers such as Starbucks. Drawing on this deep and broad experience, Paul has developed a level of service that is unparalleled in the industry.
